Patients are often uncertain if they actually have a problem, or whether a head and neck surgeon is the right doctor to see. Sometimes they just want another opinion regarding their existing medical condition, or to clarify something another doctor may have advised. If this applies to you, we have a service where we will try to answer your questions via email. This service is free.

If you have pertinent information about your medical condition, or have relevant test reports, please include these with your question (preferably scanned in as an attachment).
We will try to answer all questions (to the best of our ability based on the information given) within 24 hours. Please understand that we may occasionally not be able to give a meaningful opinion without a medical examination first.
The easiest way to make an appointment with us is to call our clinic during office hours. An appointment can almost always be made on the spot.
